Do I need a referral to be seen at Everwell?
No. You can book primary care, skin care, hair care, oral care, weight management, and wellness visits directly. If your insurance plan requires a referral for a specialist, our coordinator will walk you through it before your appointment.
How soon can I get an appointment?
New patient appointments are typically available within four business days, and existing patients can usually be seen within 48 hours. Same-day sick visits are held open every weekday morning, and our 24/7 nurse line can help you decide whether you need to be seen today.
Do you take my insurance?
We are in network with most major commercial plans and Medicare in Texas and Colorado. Send us a message with your plan name and member ID and we will verify your benefits before you book. You will always get an estimated out-of-pocket cost in writing before the visit — no surprise bills.
Can I do everything by telehealth?
Many visits can be completed virtually, including follow-ups, prescription management, weight program check-ins, and most wellness consultations. Visits that need a physical exam — skin checks, dental cleanings, in-office procedures — happen at our Austin or Denver clinics. Telehealth is available to patients in 38 states.
What if I do not have insurance?
You are welcome here. Our self-pay rates are published on the services page, and we offer payment plans for programs that run more than one month. Ask about our sliding-scale community slots — a portion of every clinician's week is reserved for patients who need them.
Will my records be shared with my other doctors?
Only with your written permission, or when required for treatment coordination within Everwell. You can download a full copy of your records at any time by contacting our patient records team at records@clinzovia.com.
