Sorry to see you go. Let's make this quick.

Unsubscribing should take ten seconds, not a support ticket. Enter the email address that receives our emails, confirm, and you are done. No β€œare you sure?” maze, no guilt trip, and no emails after you confirm.

Takes about 10 seconds No questions required Appointment reminders unaffected

Unsubscribe from marketing emails

This removes you from The Everwell Weekly, service announcements, and community event invitations.

Use the exact address that receives our emails. We do not require you to log in. Enter a valid email address, like name@example.com.

Prefer to stay but get fewer emails? Manage your topics instead. This demo does not contact a server; it shows confirmation toasts only.

Not sure which list you are on?

Check the footer of any Everwell email β€” it names the list and offers a one-click unsubscribe link that works without this page.

πŸ“‹ What changes after you unsubscribe

Marketing emails stop. Your care messages do not.

This is a legal and practical distinction, not a trick to keep emailing you.

❓ Unsubscribe questions

Common questions about email preferences

How long does it take to stop receiving emails?

Removal is immediate in our system. Because an email campaign may already be in progress when you unsubscribe, you could receive one final message within 24 hours. If you receive marketing email more than 10 days after unsubscribing, please forward it to privacy@clinzovia.com so we can investigate.

I unsubscribed but I am still getting appointment reminders.

That is expected. Appointment confirmations, reminders, lab results, and billing notices are transactional messages tied to your care, not marketing. They are sent to keep your treatment safe and your account accurate. If you want to change how you receive those β€” for example, text instead of email β€” call either clinic and we will update your communication preferences.

Can I unsubscribe someone else's address?

Only the owner of an email address should submit an unsubscribe request. If someone in your household signed up with a shared address, you can unsubscribe that address and resubscribe using your own. If you believe you were subscribed without consent, contact our privacy team and we will investigate and remove the address.

Does unsubscribing affect my patient account or portal access?

No. Your patient portal, medical record, appointments, and billing are unaffected. Unsubscribing only changes marketing email preferences. If you want to close your patient account entirely, that is a separate request β€” please contact our records team at records@clinzovia.com.

Will you delete my data when I unsubscribe?

Unsubscribing removes you from active marketing lists and we retain a minimal suppression record so we do not email you again by mistake. If you want your contact data deleted entirely, email our privacy team. Note that medical records are retained for the period required by state and federal law and cannot be deleted on request while that obligation applies. See data retention for details.

Something not working? If the form fails, email privacy@clinzovia.com with the address you want removed and we will process it manually within one business day. You can also call 858-450-1903 and ask for the privacy team.
